Access means - One-shot request for data - Subscription to unlimited access - FTP access
Access to several services is granted to registered users only. Products that are the basis of these services are described in this page; they can be obtained through a one-shot request for data, or yearly subscription or FTP access.
Every product for registered users has a free counterpart, limited usually to a certain period of time: 1985-1989 or 2005. This allows any user to test services before registration and to check their relevance to the needs.
In this table, HC means HelioClim; it denotes the set of HelioClim databases for which the product is available: HelioClim-1 (HC-1), -2 (HC-2) and -3 (HC-3). More information on the databases HelioClim.

One-shot request for data for one site and one year
Except HCMap, any product listed above can be ordered for one or more sites and one or more years.
To receive a quotation, contact the sales support (click on "Contact Us", bottom of page). Mention product name, number of sites and number of years for each site. If the product numberOfSites times numberOfYears is greater than 5, then the yearly subscription is less costly.

Subscription to unlimited access
Yearly subscription to a product offers an unlimited access to this product during the twelve months following the opening of the account.

Subscription to product HCHour offers also access to products HCDay, HCWeek and HCMonth, if available.

Access by means of the FTP protocol
This means allows the customer to provide to SoDa a list of sites every day (or month) and to get the results for each of the site on the customer's computer. Access is granted for a duration of twelve months after the opening of the account. Consult us.

There is a time lag of 24 hours with respect to real-time, except if the customer pays a fee to Eumetsat (cf. Eumetsat Fees for Access to Non-Essential Meteosat Data by Commercial and Other Users).
Subscription to product FTP offers also access to yearly subscription with unlimited access to equivalent products. For example, purchase of the product HCftpHour comprises product HCHour, and accordingly HCDay, HCWeek and HCMonth.
