The HelioClim Databases - Acknowledgements
Eumetsat for their kind support in continuously supplying Meteosat data in relationship with Météo-France.
Radiometric measurements for validation were provided by various sources: National Meteorological Services, Universities, large International Projects, and at times companies (whose confidentiality should be respected).
Met-Offices: Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom for Europe, Egypt, Israel and South Africa for Africa.
Large international projects: World Radiation Data Center and the Global Energy Balance Archive (GEBA).
Universities and research institutes: Universities of Cairo and Suez (Egypt), University of Lome (Togo), Universities of Kishinev (Moldavia), Bergen (Norway) and Geneva (Switzerland), ETH in Zuerich (Switzerland), ENTPE in Vaulx-en-Velin (France), JRC in Ispra (Italy) and the Bavarian State Research Center for Agriculture (Germany).
