We invite you to read the FAQ - Business Matters before contacting us. Note that there are two types of services: free and for registered users. An identifier and a password are requested to access "restricted" services. Otherwise, the access is free and unlimited. Before requesting a quotation to access a service for registered users, explore the similar service for free to be sure that the results are satisfying you. Note that the service for free is identical to the actual service, except that its temporal coverage is limited to the year 2005.

In the case of a quotation request, please precise in your email the following points:
- the type of access or request you need (request for a (serveral) time series, for an annual subscription, for a map),
- the plane orientation (horizontal, tilted and/or normal (DNI) to sun rays),
- the frequency of retrieval of the data (monthly, daily, hourly, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes or 1 minute radiation values).
The images are acquired every fifteen minutes. Once a day at 9 pm UT the MSG images of the day are processed. This process takes approximately two hours. Then, the HelioClim3 database is updated and the data are available around midnight. However, in order to meet the Eumetsat agreement, there is a minimum delay of 24 hours between the acquisition of the images and the availability of the data to our Customer's. That is why at exactly 8 pm UT each day, you are allowed to access the data of the previous day. For instance, on March 21th at 8 pm UT you can access the data of March 20th.
